Kids In The Dark Music Video!

0

Just as you may already know, All Time Low had just released a new single called Kids In The Dark. We sure were expecting a new music video to come along, but on March 10th, not 9th! I honestly freaked the hell out when I saw the tweets about it. But there's nothing wrong with being a day early, aye?

I personally love the video so much, since the kids in the video are actually their fans. And not to mention how good the 4 boys look. Anyway, you can watch the video below if you want. Try to get the views to 1 million, yeah? They deserve much more credits in my opinion. They're so good, yet so underrated.

If it's not working then you can watch it here!

New All Time Low Single and Preview

0

Now as you may already know, All Time Low will be releasing a new album, Future Hearts, on April. There's already a single and a music video out from the brand new album, which is Something's Gotta Give. But that can't possibly just it, right?

Back in mid February, Alex tweeted that he's getting impatient to drop the new album and asked on twitter, "Based on title alone, what do you wanna hear next?", which was soon followed by another tweet, saying "very interesting...". Based on my own research and experience, most of the replies are saying either "LEAK IT" or, as you may expect, "Kids in the Dark".

Now All Time Low will be releasing a new single, Kids in the Dark, from the upcoming album on March 9th, which will be followed by a new music video. The fans, of course, are very, very excited about it, saying that the song is going to be really good and that they can't wait. I feel very much the same if you ask me.

How can we figure out whether the sing is going to be really good or not, you might ask? Well, truth be told there's actually a 30 second clip of the song going around the internet. Sadly, most of them has been deleted. But don't worry, you can still listen to it: here.

So what do you think? Is it good, bad, or neither? Tell me about your thoughts in the comment below!

Alex Gaskarth Quotes

1

“Be real, because a mask only fools people on the outside. Pretending to be someone you're not takes a toll on the real you, and the real you is more important than anyone else.”

“I think people should be able to love whoever the fuck they wanna love. And no matter what you believe, you should be allowed to live your life the way you wanna live it.”

“Believe whatever you want to believe. Love whoever you want to love. Fucking dance whenever you want to dance.”

“Our street corners keep secrets, and our road signs only suggest, never deciding for us, never knowing if the destination to which they lead is where we truly belong. Life's greatest tragedy is not that it will someday end, but that most only live to follow directions and sometimes we end up lost.”

“We don't offer you any solutions necessarily but we definitely offer you a minute to escape.”

“I am in control of no one but myself, or so I've been told, over and over again, but low and behold, some scholars are liars. Who would have thunk that the educated could be so misleading, in times when all a kid needs, is to be told that at some point in life, we all lose our minds.”

“I'll never second guess the things that I have done. I've got too much left to say and too much to become.”

“I'm not even on drugs, I'm just weird.”

“The closest friends are the ones you'd take a bullet for, but they're the ones you constantly feel you could put a bullet through as well.”

“What I mean is that there are things - simple things - that without our knowing, mean the world to us and when they change, they change for our own good, because whether we like it or not, we are looking out for ourselves. We do it unconsciously - But we do it. We do it to stay happy and to stay alive… And above all else, that's what matters.
On this note, I'd like to attempt to make my point - Don't throw yourself out on another’s whim. People change, as do intentions and as a result, consequences. Live for yourself - love those around you, but realize that they've got their own agendas.”

“Dreams don't always have to exist while the sun's down and your eyes are shut.”

“Six Feet Under The Stars is a place that doesn't exist. It’s a place in your mind where everything and anything is possible. It's a place with no rules or limitations. It's a place where only two people can be at any time. Where no one can judge them and no one could try to break them apart.”

“It's funny how the littlest things can make you feel larger than life; the right lyric, the most heartfelt melody, the clearest message. Love.”

“This song goes out to anyone whose ever been told that how you think or feel is wrong. It goes out to everyone who's ever felt alone. It goes out to anybody who's fucking sick and tired of being told what to do. You are, the most important person in the world. Every single one of you. Don't let anybody tell you differently, okay?”

“This next song goes out to anybody who's ever been told that the way that they think or the way that they feel is the wrong way to think or the wrong way to feel. Goes out to anybody who's ever been pushed down, held back, walked on… Anybody who doesn't feel comfortable in their own skin, anybody…everybody - It goes out to everybody. It goes out to all of you! And the reason it goes out to all of you is because every single one of you is fucking beautiful. I've noticed that there's a lot of people in the world trying to tell other people that they're not beautiful. And I don't stand for that, I think that's bullshit. Each and every single one of you are gorgeous, believe in yourselves. This song goes out to all of you. It's called ‘Therapy’.”

“Therapy is every kids' nightmare. When everyone is telling you you need help and all you really want is a hug.”

“I'll never deny a hug to a fan while my heart still beating.”

“Music is a matter of taste. Bitching at someone for liking a certain style of music is like yelling at someone for liking broccoli with melted cheese (which, might I add, is awesome). I don't understand why there are so many snobs out there who deem it necessary to force-feed their opinions to others, and claim that their experience in the matter makes their statement any more credible than the next, when, as I said before, it's all a matter of taste. If you dig it, awesome. If you don't, awesome. It's just another plate being server at the world biggest (in this case musical) buffet. Don't make some kid feel guilty for listening to what he/she enjoys.”

“Music is the soundtrack to every good and bad time we will ever have.”

“Never underestimate a girl's love for her favorite band. Never think even for a minute, that she won't defend them to her death. Because it’s not just the music that makes that band her favorite. It's the guys, the gals. It's the fans. People whom of which she has interacted with thanks to the band. That band might of saved her life, or just made her smile everyday. That band has never broke her heart and has yet to leave her. No wonder she finds such joy in her music.”

“Loving a band with all your heart is something you understand when it happens to you. On the surface, others can see it as a petty obsession, but they'll just never know the feeling of putting so much faith into a few people on the other side of the world. It's hard to explain it to them, the listening to a song on repeat, the waits for new albums, the excitement and surreal sensation when you finally see them live. They don't understand why the lyrics booklets give you a sense of comfort, or why you paste photos of them all over your bedroom walls. And they cant understand why one band could matter to you so much. And you think to yourself. Because they saved my life. But you say nothing, they wouldn't understand.”

“Finding the perfect person won't make you fall in love. When you see an imperfect person perfectly, that's love.”

My Top 3 All Time Low Albums

0

1. So Wrong, It's Right

It's my number 1 favorite because almost every song in this record reminds me of all the good times and just makes me want to run, jump, dance, and party around, scream and laugh out loud, to live my life. They just simply make me feel happy. But, unlike the rest of the tracks, there's also Remembering Sunday that makes me go all emotional in a matter of second. A couple of songs in this record also just reminds me that sometimes I'm just not and just can't be what the person I care about wants me to be (or thinks I am). The lyrics and beats in this album and the hype they give me make me really in love with this record. There are also a million other reasons why I love this album so much, but sometimes I just don't really know how to put my feelings into words.

2. Nothing Personal

I honestly had a hard time deciding whether I like this record more than SWIR or not. This album is just a perfect mix of angst, love, parties, rebels, recklessness, regrets, and betrayal. One song makes me realize that sometimes, the people we trust just aren't who we think they really are. Some of the tracks just make me want to do everything I want and forget all about the consequences that might come later, some just remind me of all of the mistakes I've made and my regrets, some just make me think about how life always has its own twist and how some things are just not meant to be perfect. Like before, there are also a lot of other reasons why I love this record, but I just don't really know how to put them into words. And as always, the lyrics in this album are just downright good.

3. Don't Panic

I love how this album is just pure All Time Low, how it's a mix of So Wrong, It's Right, Nothing Personal, Dirty Work, and practically a little of all of their works. I love how there's a track that is all about their hometown ,and one that is all about their past, how All Time Low was made. Like Nothing Personal, this album has the right amount of a bit of everything. Love, recklessness, betrayal, etc. Some of the songs in this record just basically remind me to never give up on my dreams, that even the impossible can happen sometimes. I like how a few of the tracks just tells me to not believe in what people say, because they're not always right, while a few other ones reminds me that, no matter what, words just simply affect you sometimes. The lyrics in this record are just incredible. And just like before, there are tons of other reasons why this album is really good to me, but then again, sometimes feelings just can't be described in words.

That's all! I know this isn't anywhere near good and you might not agree with me but this is my opinion, and not everyone has the same opinion. And I know the "reasons" why I these albums are my top 3 All Time Low albums are kinda crap, but yeah, sometimes I tend to not really know how to describe my feelings and thoughts. And, I know from the "reasons", to you it might look like SWIR is my 3rd favorite album, but honestly, SWIR just affects me in a way that I can't really describe.

There's also Future Hearts coming along the way, so who knows, maybe it will replace one of these, aye?
